Siber System's Roboform 5.0 is a password management and form filling tool. Really!

It memorizes different usernames and passwords you may use at different websites, and even generates passwords for you.

When a new website asks for a new username and password, roboform asks if you'd like to save the information for the next time you log in. It uses that information to create smart bookmarks with the login information built in. You just have to click on that "favorite" and you'll be logged in.

But the really slick feature is its ability to look at a form on the Internet, check the personal information you have stored on your computer in an encrypted file and fill out the form. It doesn't have to be a form that's standard among many sites. Roboform uses artificial intelligence to figure out which boxes get which information. No worries about mistyping.

If your billing details are from a separate address, it's intuitive enough to know that as well. Personal information is kept on the desktop computer or it can be transferred to a tiny USB drive or key, or even a handheld computer - still encrypted, but ready to use on the Internet.

Finkel says lawyers, bankers, federal workers and people who go to a lot of sites to find the best airfares can really make use of roboform's capabilities. It memorizes the itinerary, destination, number of people, departure times, so when you go to the new site or turn to an old one for price updates, the information is filled out with one click.

Roboform handles several identities, so it will help that ficticious side of you fill in the blanks at sites you just don't quite trust.
