Convicted Killer Faces Up To 30 Years In Prison

ROCKVILLE, Md. -- A man convicted of killing a Fairfax woman vacationing in Ocean City, Md., last year will be sentenced this afternoon.
Benjamin Sifrit was convicted of second-degree murder in the death of Martha Crutchley, but was found not guilty of murder in the death of her boyfriend, Joshua Ford.
Sifrit's wife, Erika, was found guilty of first-degree murder in Ford's death and convicted of second-degree murder in Crutchley's death.
Benjamin Sifrit could be sentenced to up to 30 years in prison on the murder charge. He was also convicted of being an accessory after the fact for dismembering the bodies of Crutchley and Ford and first-degree assault against Crutchley.
Ford and Crutchley were killed after visiting the Sifrits' rented condominium over Memorial Day weekend last year. Parts of their bodies were later found in a Delaware landfill.
