Police Search For Missing Germantown Man

ROCKVILLE, Md. -- Montgomery County police are searching for a mentally challenged Germantown man missing since Thursday.Police said 27-year-old Damian Dantee Carter was last seen leaving a Ride-On bus on Dorsey Mill Road in Germantown about 10 p.m.Officer said Carter has the mental capacity of a 9-year-old and is hard of hearing.
Carter is black, 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. They say he walks with a limp with his left leg.Anyone with information on Carter’s whereabouts is asked to call police at 301-279-8000.
