Police ID Man Killed After Motorcycle Strikes Tree In Garrett Park

Police have identified a motorcyclist who died after his motorcycle slammed into a tree on Saturday in Garrett Park.

Michal Kielb, 36, was involved in the crash just before 11 p.m. in the 4500 block of Strathmore Avenue.

Investigators said Kielb was driving a 2007 Harley Davidson "Night Train" westbound on Strathmore Avenue when he lost control, struck a tree and was ejected from the vehicle.

Kielb was taken to Suburban Hospital, where he died from his injuries.

Kielb's passenger, Tonis Raudsepp, 29, was treated and released from an area hospital.

Detectives from the Collision Reconstruction Unit are asking anyone who witnessed the collision to contact them at 301-840-2435.
