PASADENA, Md. -- A burglary report led to the arrest of a man also suspected in another burglary and a theft from a vehicle.Anne Arundel County police said they were called to the 100 block of Sandy Beach Road in Pasadena at about 4:30 a.m. Tuesday. When they arrived they found an 80-year-old male resident holding a 27-year-old man at gunpoint with a pellet gun.Police said they searched the 27-year-old, Erick Olsen Bjorntwedt, and found a checkbook, a credit card, tools and several prescription drug bottles, which linked him to a theft from an automobile and another burglary on Sandy Beach Road.
A search of surrounding yards found tools taken in the theft from the automobile.Bjorntwedt was charged with first-, second and fourth-degree burglary; theft; attempted auto theft; and numerous counts of destruction of property.
