GREAT FALLS, Md. -- Montgomery County Fire and Rescue crews rescued an injured hiker near the Billy Goat Trail at Great Falls.Cabin John Volunteer Fire and Rescue boats launched from Anglers Inn. A U.S. Park Police helicopter and units from Fairfax County, Va., Fire and Rescue were called to the scene to assist.
The woman was escorted to a boat and transported to an area hospital.There is no word on the severity of the woman's injuries.Stay with News4 and nbc4.com for more information.
