Kaine: Effort To Save Dulles Rail To Continue
Virginia Gov. Tim Kaine told reporters on Tuesday that the effort to save the Dulles Metrorail project will continue past this week.The U.S. Department of Transportation said last month that Virginia probably won't get the $900 million in federal funding needed for construction.State officials since then have struggled to continue with the $5 billion project.
