Nicole Kidman's cute as Samantha -- the witch who longs to live a normal life.

Hired by Will Ferrell to co-star in a television remake of the series, she gradually reveals to Will that she's the real thing.

Movie has some fun moments and a nice turn by Shirley McLaine as Endore as well as by Michael Caine as Samantha's father.

The magic touches and a flying broomstick add to the fun, however -- and this is a big however -- the movie basically runs out of gas mid way and never gets the magic back.
